The items in our collection are crafted with 925 Sterling Silver and a selection of natural and synthetic gemstones.

Currently, Studio Root sells only pre-made pieces with fixed sizes. Should you have a size outside our standard range, please submit a size suggestion for future collections through the Contact Page.

As all Root pieces are crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, caring for your new piece is critical for long-lasting shine. Excessive exposure to sunlight or water can cause Sterling Silver to tarnish. Remove your jewelry when showering or swimming. To clean your piece, use a gentle soap and shine it with a polishing cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners when cleaning your piece, as it can damage the silver and the gemstone(s) used to craft your jewelry. When storing your piece, keep it in a dark, dry place. Each Root piece is the result of many hours of careful craftsmanship and several rigorous steps of production before it’s ready to be worn. This craftsmanship, the price of silver, and the value of each gemstone used in each piece come together to calculate the final price.

We are currently only shipping orders to addresses in the contiguous United States.

The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on the Studio Root product. Our Singular pieces can be shipped immediately upon ordering. Made to Order pieces require several weeks to be crafted by hand and developed into a final product before shipping.

Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a piece has arrived damaged or if you have identified an issue with your order, please reach out to Studio Root by email.
